from Japan who learns directly from
Yoshito Ohno San will primarily teach over the weekend...
Sweet Zoe.. Architect & Yoga Teacher
will offer flower making friday night to use in our practise saturday & sunday afternoons....
I will offer Oki-do Yoga as a warm up to the Butoh with Yuki... sat & sun
Know it is possible to do one two or three sessions....
Friday night: $20
Sat & Sun $40/session
$90 for all three sessions
$80 concession
The substance of the sessions are indeed subtle & prayful....
This a very good way in for beginners & a way to deepen ones practise for those more familiar... & it will be a fresh perspective..
